This is a very good company and phil is a very good broker. I had a complex case due to own business, and other complications on the way. He still managed to get me a good mortgage. I know it was good because I asked another broker what they thought,snd they said "under the circumstances they dont know how he got such a good rate". Everything was handled by him smd his team. I just sat back, made payments to relevant people when prompted, signed forms and dealt with proofs. It was made very stress free, and I would highly recommend this company, and phil to any of my friends.
