We chose Gledhills as our mortgage provider having been recommended by various friends who use them for their mortgages. We dont regret the decision at all. Great service and we were found a fantastic mortgage offer, cheaper that others we had been quoted by another advisor. We had to find a new mortgage offer after ours had expired and our house was not ready, the existing provider didn't honour our original product and upped our interest rate, however Gledhills found us another product with another provider, which proved to be cheaper than our first offer. We would happily recommend them to others. 2024 - remortgage update 2 years on from our original mortgage and once again Gledhills have been fantastic in securing us the best deal possible. From the originals quote we received, to the day it completed they continuously looked for the best deal for us - resulting in nearly .7 of a % drop - saving us over £100 a month. I can’t thank Gledhills enough for everything they did getting myself and my partner a mortgage offer and so quickly as well.
