James Rudd Mortgage Services

James provided a professional & efficient service, he took on board all of our requirements & went out of his way to accommodate us & get us the best possible deal & mortgage for us, when one purchase fell through he worked hard to maintain the mortgage offer and make sure everything was in place when we found another property. We couldn't have asked for anyone better to represent us

We contacted James when my wife and I were helping our eldest daughter purchase her first home after years of renting. After giving him her financial information James secured a competitive mortgage for her in no time at all . He put us in touch with an excellent Surveyor to look over the property my daughter was buying. In addition he was also able to secure property & contents insurance again at a very affordable rate . He never kept us waiting for answers to the numerous questions that arise during what can be a stressful time and always gave us sound advice. James’s charge was very reasonable and we would not hesitate to recommend him highly to others pursuing a similar venture. David & Joyce Cadwallader

James was fantastic in helping us sort out our new mortgage. He was very efficient and gave us plenty of options, so we could decide on the best option for us. Responded to messages promptly and helped us with any queries. I would highly recommend James to anyone looking to remortgage or move house.

This is our 3rd time using Jim for our mortgage, first class service as always, he makes the whole process so easy and nothing is too much for him. Would highly recommend him for all mortgage needs.

An extremely professional, efficient, and speedy service from Jim. Communications were prompt and I was never left waiting. We were purchasing a buy-to-let mortgage through a limited company which wasn't straight forward. The process was made easier with Jim's knowledge, support, and guidance. Jim also processed our own home re-mortgage which took away the stress and time of doing it ourselves. I would recommend Jim's services.
