Tracey Elliott

As a first time buyer I was lucky to have someone as dedicated and helpful as Tracey in my corner. She worked diligently to find me a good deal for a property where that wasn’t easy, and kept me well informed of my options at every stage of the process. Highly recommended.

Tracey was just brilliant. Super approachable and knowledgeable. We impulsively made an offer on a property before ringing Tracey in a panic!! Somehow she pulled it out of the bag and managed to get everything in place for us and we are now in our lovely new home. We always received great communication, had every question answered and she made us think carefully about insurance choices to put us in the safest position for our family. We couldn't have asked for a better mortgage advisor and would 100% recommend and use her again.

As a first-time buyer, I can’t recommend Tracey enough! She made the whole process so easy, even helping me secure a mortgage on a flat roof property. Fast, super helpful, and truly supportive—she’s a star. Highly recommend!

Tracey has been excellent throughout the purchase of my first home. It was a complicated transaction and Tracey was on hand at all times to assist and support with next steps. Tracey was always positive and enthusiastic despite the difficulties we faced. Tracey went above and beyond to ensure that I completed on my first home and I can’t thank you enough for everything!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tracey was amazing! She helped me and my girlfriend get a mortgage for the house of our dreams and went above and beyond to make it happen. As first-time buyers, we had no idea where to start, but she made everything simple and stress-free. We couldn’t have done it without her and would 100% recommend Tracey to anyone, especially first-time buyers looking to get on the property ladder!
