Absolutely brilliant service from all the Pennywise staff, highly recommended. Always a helpful and pleasant experience and they always go above and beyond whenever I had any query, no matter how big or small. I was recommended to talk to Phil over half a decade ago by a friend and I'm truly appreciative of all the advice (and patience) given to me through the years.

I’ve just had the best experience with Pennywise Independant Financial Advisers. Not only did they sort everything from start to finish with my mortgage (and got me a great deal). They were hot on the heels of my solicitors throughout the purchase of my new home which saved my sanity. The whole team were fabulous and super responsive. Brilliant service, been with Pennywise/PhIl Sims from my previous purchase and stayed with them for this new one. I could not have been happier with the service provided, there where multiple complications (not caused by them) which lead to 3 different properties attempted to be purchased over an 18 month period. No complaints with the amount of work they had to do for me to secure a property. always friendly, helpful and professional. Although the purchase was long and complicated and they kept me informed with regular updates. the obtaining of the mortgage was quick and effiecent. No completion, no fee was also great for peace of mind especially with the first two properties falling through! have and will recommend to all.

Honestly was absolutely fantastic, me and my wife had multiple properties fall through and spent almost a year searching for our first house. Phil was very professional, reliable and easily contactable which made our very stressful process much less so. Has been a massive help and would recommend to anyone and everyone. On a side note my wife is on a spouse visa and made the process of dealing with the added problems very easy.
