Oliver initially found us good mortgage rates and once we had an offer accepted we immediately asked Oliver to secure us this rate and provided all the required information. However Oliver failed to promptly fill out the application and secure the agreed interest rate and didn't inform us until the following week when all the mortgage rates had significantly increased leaving us in a very difficult situation. Would not recommend.
