I recently moved into my first home, so my experience with mortgage advisers is very limited, however I have never had a better customer service in all my life. From day one I was made to feel like I was the only customer they had. Simon kept me well-informed and educated as to what was going on and explained my choices without putting pressure on me to make decisions. The patience of a Saint! He was available to talk at all hours of the day and week, and was easy to get hold of when I was in need of an answer or two. Once I had chosen my property Simon negotiated below the asking price doing all the hard work for me. Not only did he guide me my entire journey with insurance, liaising with both estate agents and conveyancers, he was the main reason we were able to exchange and move before Christmas. 3.5 months from offer to move.
