Stuart Ash Mortgage Services

Would highly recommend Stuart to anybody who is looking for a mortgage. We choose Stuart due to connections to our hometown and being a sponsor to our local football team, which we liked. My husband and I are first time buyers and pretty clueless! Stuart is extremely knowledgeable and made the whole process easy and stress free and explained things along the way. Our affordability was more than i expected and he got us a better rate too. Stuart is friendly and approachable, with nothing being too much trouble, he always replies to emails promptly and answers questions thoroughly and explains things clearly. Stuart has helped us massively and i would recommend getting in contact with Stuart to anybody looking for a mortgage, you won't be disappointed.

Stuart has been so helpful in making a plan at the end of our Help To Buy loan terms and finding the best possible remortgage option - his communication is outstanding, he’s two steps ahead always (he’s got us sorted all the way to 2028!) & thinks outside the box for the best for you. Highly recommend. Thank you Stuart.

Stuart arranged a mortgage for me at the beginning of 2026. As a first time buyer, he was great at letting me know what was going on and what to expect, and secured me a better deal that I thought I would get. He's very easy to chat with, answers questions clearly, and responds to a very reasonable timescale. I can't recommend him enough, and I'll be coming back when my fix rate is up. Thanks Stuart!

Stuart helped me arrange my mortgage and income protection, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, he was friendly, honest, and easy to talk to. He really took the time to understand my needs and tailor everything to suit my situation. His communication was brilliant throughout, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. His service genuinely goes above and beyond — I can’t recommend him highly enough.

We were recommended Stuart by a friend, and are so grateful we were. Our mortgage application hasn’t been the most straight forward. So we’ve been in contact with Stuart quite a lot throughout the process, asking lots of questions and weighing up various options. He really has been faultless! Great communication throughout, explaining every step of the process, highly reliable, and genuinely a really nice guy! We will definitely be recommending his services to anyone that requires them. Thank you Stuart, we really do appreciate the extra mile you’ve gone for us! Haydon & Demi
