Its a great combination to be looked after and treated as an individual but also to know you have great product fairly and competitively priced. On a personal note my father died recently and he had used the office for many years to insure his car and home, Olivia and the team have been so supportive and helpful with all of the paperwork involved in changing policies. Exceptional service from Ruth at NFU Mutual in Plymouth. It's so unusual in this day and age to get excellent service but Ruth was amazing and helped sort out insurance for a van I was thinking of buying. I already have my car insurance with NFU Mutual so thought I'd ask them for a rough idea of how much it would cost to insure the van before I decided whether or not to go ahead with the purchase. The price was competitive and Ruth was very helpful. When I made the decision to buy the van Ruth sorted out the insurance promptly and she was very pleasant and friendly, which makes a huge difference! It's so nice to deal with a local company that employs UK staff and it's also a bonus that this branch is based close to where I live. Excellent service and I will definitely use them again!
