Andrews were excellent from start to finish. They provided a reasonable market valuation based on similar properties that recently had sold in the area and quoted a competitive fee. Their professional photographer had a keen eye for detail and ensured the photographs showed the property at its best. I received several viewings and an offer within days of marketing the property.
