My husband and I have been clients for a number of years and prior to having a family our needs were predominantly around pension planning which was expertly handled. However, since having two children we really needed support in achieving the right level of protection and Alena looked after us wonderfully. Plus, of course, she reviewed our existing arrangements. What I appreciate most, is how relatable and accommodating the team are in providing great service to a time poor young family! If we couldn't flex appointment times and do them virtually, I feel sure we would have kept deprioritising, so I am really grateful we could access Alena and the teams support and knowledge at times that worked for us. I also know from experience that I can reach out any time with questions which is invaluable in the current financial climate.

having had some experience of both other UK FA's and American ones it is refreshing to be with Anderson Finance where the level of personal service is the main thing that is different to my previous experiences. I was looking for new investment management in 2019 and Tony and the the Andersons Financial Management team were recommended to me by one of their clients. I did a 6 month long thorough due diligence between them and another company and decided in Jan 2020 to take my investments to Tony and his team. It was absolutely the best decision I could have made. Two months later we were in full on Covid decline and the way this was handled by Tony was exceptional. My investments were back above the initial value within 6 months which far exceeded expectations. The professionalism of the whole company is very evident in the way they look after you through every tiny aspect of the service they provide. I don't find it easy to trust having experienced poor service in the past where charges and other things were hidden from me. I have complete transparency of everything with Tony and the team which is a breath of fresh air. The level of individual attention and personal portfolio development that I receive is superb. I have never felt like just a number being given a broad brush approach to my investments but a valued individual who's needs are personally considered at all times. I feel that I am in very safe hands and can not recommend them more highly.
