We used David at the Chatsworth Practice on a personal recommendation from a friend and he certainly did not disappoint. Having already tried another mortgage broker who had only seemed to present us with reasons he couldn't get us the mortgage we required, David stepped in and was immediately impressive. Listening carefully to our situation and needs he rapidly came back to us with three options and a recommendation which we went with. The process to final offer was then extremely smooth and efficient and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a mortgage or other financial advice. He was efficient, professional and a joy to work with.
