I'd been meaning to sort out the state of my various workplace pensions for years, and with Natasha's expertise I've successfully amalgamated my policies into a far more suitable arrangement for my circumstances. The time she took to explain and guide me through the process was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

I reached my retirement age to claim the pension benefits from an ex-employer's pension scheme into which I stopped contributing when I changed job in 2000. Due to delay by the pension scheme's administrator, I ended up having to buy "backdated" annuities, but providers will only sell backdated annuities with a GMP underpin via a financial advisor. I had been turned down by 2 different firms as they didn't have the appetite or capacity to take on the challenge as it could be very time consuming. Then I was recommended to try Strategic Solutions @ Bournemouth which I'm so glad that I did. Natasha O'Neill from Strategic Solutions returned my call and that's when our journey started..... Natasha took on my case, listened to my whole story, got the necessary paperwork from me, studied the whole details and acted on my behalf to take on the pension scheme's administrator. Natasha also helped to source the annuities from the open market and acted as the middle person to handhold all parties to move things forward. She could have just sourced the annuities for me and called it "job's done". But she didn't stop at that, she carried on doing the handholding. I also noticed that she had frequently worked very late to ensure all deadlines and milestones were met. She really had my interests at heart. I would also say that Natasha's friendliness, her professionalism, her knowledge, her enthusiasm, her energy are very difficult to find these days, I speak from having worked 32 years in investment banks who are notoriously known that they want "blood for their money" so to speak, so I know a gem when I see one. I would also say that one of the most important attributes that Natasha has is her communication skill. She keeps everybody informed of what's going on, making sure everyone is on the same page, and that's very important to ensure things move forward collectively. All the paperwork have been put in place and I'm now just waiting for my pension benefits payment which is due imminently. So, well done Natasha, and well done Strategic Solutions, their web site clearly spells out all the services that they can provide and the fees structure etc. so everything is clear upfront. As to the actual service, I can only speak from my own experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Strategic Solutions if anyone ever needs a financial advisor, they have well qualified people to help with various needs - individuals' qualifications are all stated on their website, and if you're lucky enough to have Natasha, all the better...
