Ryan was amazing, we are both in our mid 50s and were concerned about whether we could even get a mortgage. He was calm, kind and eased us through the process, death with everything, kept us informed thought the process and once we had an offer accepted and ready to apply thanks to his due diligence the mortgage offer was through in just 2 days! The cherry on the top of this service was due to a delay in local searches the mortgage rates had dropped, he then got us a a rate reduction with out lender prior to exchange. Really lovely guy, exceptional service, we would highly recommend him far and wide. He can deal with anyone you don't need to be local.
