Daniel was super helpful from day one and very efficient. He gave me an AIP instantly and was very quick to run multiple product options and send our way. He submitted the mortgage application as soon as we had our offer accepted and had it accepted by the bank in record time. In less than 24 hours, so he clearly does a thorough application! He was also very thorough in all the pre-checks. Daniel found a very small outstanding payment (£30 broadband cancellation fee we thought we'd paid) that was outstanding and got us to pay in advance during the AIP stage so it didn't impact the application. The other broker that gave us an AIP didn't spot it! I'd highly recommend them, was a pleasure to work with them.
