27 Sept 2024Wonderful service but only available for in-person drop-ins twice a week. Phone lines are useless - no one answers unless you have a UC inquiry. The live chats likewise are unavailable unless you have a UC inquiry, and the email service is not as prompt as needed.

6 Dec 2023They have been pretty good although slightly awkward as I have an assistant dog and one of the advisors is afraid of dogs so unfortunately unable to have been with me. When have phone consultation with benefits ect and has caused a few issues as they now don't believe I needed help but it's an unfortunate situation otherwise would have given 5*

Do a lot of good work for any problems you may have with, local council, retail, help with debt management, spousal abuse, pretty much anything you may need help with. Have used the C.A.B a few times over the years, and would recommend that you do the same if you need assistance.
