Jack Taylor at Reassured was excellent. He spent a lot of time going through everything with me and really went above and beyond to make sure I got the right policy and the best cover for my situation. He was patient, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. I really appreciated the time he took and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for advice on life insurance.

From the very first conversation, John-Paul made me feel completely at ease. Talking about life insurance (and everything that comes with it) can be scary, but he kept the conversation lighthearted and genuine. He built great rapport, even sharing a bit about his own family, which made it feel personal rather than transactional. There was absolutely no pressure. He took the time to properly explain how life insurance works and went out of his way to make sure everything was sorted for me. He was patient and understanding — even when my delivery driver arrived and I had to quickly put shopping away while we were on the call! Honestly, he’s a real asset to the company. Such a genuinely nice person who made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Excellent Service from Thomas at Reassured I recently arranged my life insurance through Reassured, and I had the pleasure of being supported by Thomas Sanitpan throughout the process. From the very beginning, he clearly explained all the available options, including costs, coverage, and the key factors I should consider when selecting a provider. He is extremely knowledgeable, communicated everything with clarity, and made what could have been a complex decision feel straightforward. Thomas gave me the time and space to review the options without any pressure and followed up about a week and a half later to check on my decision. Once I confirmed my choice, he guided me through the entire application over the phone. The form was very detailed, but Thomas handled it efficiently, walking me through each question quickly while ensuring I understood all the important details. What could have taken me much longer to complete on my own was finished in about 30–35 minutes thanks to his professionalism and efficiency. He was consistently helpful, patient, and highly organised throughout. I would highly recommend Reassured to anyone considering life insurance, and in particular Thomas for his outstanding service and support. A truly smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

Ben was very professional, showed patience and empathy through out. Just the right amount of rapport whilst focusing on services and products available.
