Greenacre Financial Services

Karl is excellent. He's made the process smooth start to finish. Very responsive to messages, and quick to action things. I had a bad experience before, but he managed to keep up the good standard. He really does go above and beyond to find what's best for you, which is what it expect really but is not always met with other agents in different companies. I'm glad I've gone with Karl!

Amazing service. I had Shelly helping me through my mortgage process. She was on it at every stage, Always quick to reply, super helpful throughout, and got all my mortgages through so quickly. They were also very helpful when I was having difficulty with my solicitors. I would highly recommend their services!!

We were recommended by a friend and introduced to Greg. He has been fantastic, not only dealing with an urgent mortgage issue but then several months later, supporting us in remortgaging. From the initial offer we had, he reviewed our options twice to ensure we had the best offer, which in times like now are really appreciated. Thanks to Greg and the team for all the help.

Melanie Palmer has been amazing from start to finish. I had several credit issues and felt very anxious about the process, but she was patient, honest, and incredibly hardworking. She didn’t judge, she just focused on helping me achieve my goal. Thanks to Melanie, I now have a mortgage I’m happy with. I truly appreciate all her effort and would recommend her to anyone, especially if your situation isn’t straightforward.

Greg has been incredible! He was recommended to me by a friend and I can honestly say I will never be using anyone else in the future and I will happily recommend him to anyone I know who is looking to buy a house. He is so quick to reply, endlessly patient, and always happy to answer my many questions. He has made the whole process feel stress-free and clear. Absolutely incredible service from start to finish, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better mortgage advisor!
