Josh, Jenny and Iain are polite, easy to reach, quick to respond and knowledgeable. Josh helped me several times in finding the right product, taking all the time that was necessary to calculate the true cost of borrowing, making a thorough comparison among available products and contact potential lenders often on the same day when I had some specific questions. Also Jenny went beyond what I was expecting. She called the lender many times to make sure that I could complete in time (I was able to switch a week before completion thanks to Iain, as the rates were going down). She gave me an invaluable assistance whenever I had to do something during the process. I received one of the best customer services that I could remember, I will not look anywhere else next time I need a mortgage: they are by far the best mortgage broker that I know!
