Locations Mortgage Solutions

Annelie got me a Decision in Principle in less than a day and mortgage offer within 3 days. She was recommended to me by multiple people and I can see why. Very efficient, knowledgeable and a lovely person to work with. Could not recommend highly enough. Definitely worth using Annelie rather than doing it yourself on comparison websites. Will definitely use again when I come to the end of my current deal. Thank you, Annelie.

Annelie has been brilliant from the very start. As a first-time buyer, the whole process could have felt overwhelming, but thanks to Annelie and Locations Mortgage Solutions, it was smooth and stress-free. Her knowledge, professionalism, and advice were invaluable throughout, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Second mortgage Annelie has arranged for us and the process has been extremely straightforward. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to remortgage or arrange a new mortgage.

We have just used the services of Locations Mortgage Solutions, specifically working with Annelie Ash. The service was impeccable and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Myself and my partner are self employed/contractors buying for the first time. So naturally we were daunted by the process of buying our home. This couldn’t have been further from the ultimate experience. Annelie went above and beyond to find us the best deal possible and held our hand for every step along the journey. Annelie offers an extremely personable relationship and was very approachable and accessible when we needed her. She was patient with our needs and insightful as we were learning. Even assisting with matters that fundamentally do not fall within her expected workload. If you’re looking for a reliable, approachable mortgage broker then I think you cannot find any better than Locations.
