Waste of time, if I could rate 0 stars I would. I was conditionally approved for 3,000 last week and was told to come into their Reading office to finalize the application, when I got there I was told that they could only lend me 2,500 which was fine, we signed the documents and everything with the interest rates, my monthly payments etc, Danyal even told me the funds would be credited to my account this evening or latest tomorrow morning, however, he called me this evening to advise the underwriter said my credit score is too low and that I can no longer qualify for the 2,500 or any loan at all.. A complete waste of my day, and money to get there just to be misled by their staff. Best to just wait to be able to gain credit from reputable financial institutions.

My Partner went with paper work to confirm his loan and was told money was going to paid by 7pm Friday still waitingnow saying g today by 4.30 nothing has yet please do not use this company and they let you sign the loan agreement and then phone and tell you tht you can't have the loan so my partner isn't very happy as they have wasted his time

Process is long and wasteful, making people go in branch, can't deal with it online, 13 calls just to get basic information I had already given them. When finally finalising my loan, they changed everything compared to what I asked. Communication between colleagues is useless, the underwriters took a whole week to actually look at my application, not professional at all

Wouldnt recommend, they call 4 times a day. Missed one payment - they couldnt not understand, I will pay you next month. I spoke with (seemed) untrained/rude memeber of staff. He kept asking me when can you pay and already told wouldnt pay until next month. Now I'm being pestered by emails!!!
