The Residential Mortgage Hub

I just want to say a heartfelt thank you to Gavin Carley and Ema Ball. I have been through a very long and stressful property purchase process and I appreciate all the support and help that they provided. Gavin is not only an excellent broker, but also a kind human being, who genuinely cared about me and my case, even though we never met in person. All my questions were answered promptly even late in the evening. I felt that I could trust him fully and this was very important for me. He even reached out after a couple of months to let me know that the mortgage rate had gone down and he revised my file, saving me at least 80£ per month - much appreciated. I am very grateful for having now finally completed. I am the proud owner of a beautiful first home. Couldn’t have done it without you! Thank you!

Gavin and Ema have been wonderful throughout the mortgage process. Clear and excellent advice at every step, would absolutely trust them again when I comes to renewal time. Superb.
