Can’t fault them. Used them for our first mortgage when we brought our first home in 2022 and have used them for two remortgages since. Flawless service from every single person I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They always go above and beyond to make sure you get the very best deal as well as providing invaluable advice. Anything you need regarding a mortgage this is the place to go.

As a first time buyer I was nervous about speaking to a mortgage adviser. But Craig Bean was super helpful and spent so much time helping me understand things. Even booking in meetings where I would ask for a family member to come along just so I could have extra support. The company are very accommodating at making the process easier including creating multiple documents to support me in my first purchase. I’m forced grateful and lucky to have this companies support and glad I will be using them again in the future.

I previously used Wootton and Bean for my mortgage two years ago and had a good experience, which makes this even more disappointing. I contacted Josh in December 2025 to purchase a second property and promptly provided everything requested. After that, I was completely ignored. Calls unanswered. Emails unanswered. Weeks of silence. As a direct result of this lack of communication, I lost the property. Something that was incredibly upsetting and could have been easily avoided with even the most basic level of professionalism. Instead, I was left feeling embarrassed, foolish, and stressed, chasing someone whose job it was to help me. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you’re happy to be ignored during one of the most important financial decisions of your life, or risk losing a property entirely, then this may be the service for you. Otherwise, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

This is the 2nd time we have used Wooton & Bean for our mortgage and we have had a brilliant experience each time. Craig makes what could be a very stressful experience incredibly easy and talks you through each step. Whether you are a first time buyer or purchase property very regularly I cannot recommend Craig enough.
