Chris was absolutely fantastic and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He guided us through the entire process with patience and clarity, always taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. He was incredibly responsive to emails and happy to arrange video calls whenever we needed more detail or the personal touch. During our buying journey, we had to change our plans several times, which meant extra work for Chris. Each time, he handled it with professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude. Chris was excellent throughout the whole process. He was always approachable for any queries or reassurance.
