Heritage Independent Mortgage Advisers

I've used Heritage on a number of occasions over the years. They have been efficient and professional all the way through while also coming up with competitive options to assist me with property purchases of improvements. Recommended.

We cannot recommend Heritage Independent Mortgage Advisers and in particular Verity McPhail highly enough. She was an absolute superstar throughout the entire process. From the very first contact, Verity was incredibly responsive, always quick to reply to our emails or calls, and her communication was clear, professional, and reassuring every step of the way. She took the time to explain everything in plain language, ensuring we fully understood our options without ever feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Thanks to her exceptional help, we secured our mortgage smoothly and with minimal hassle. Thank you!

My wife and I have used the services of Heritage twice now and they were fantastic on both occasions. We can’t speak highly enough of Verity who was dealing with our mortgage. We found her to be totally professional and very friendly. Any questions we had were answered and explained to us clearly and the whole process was made to feel a lot easier than we expected. We wouldn’t hesitate to contact Heritage again if we ever had the need.

Very impressed! Both Cleo and Charlotte were very professional and helpful throughout the mortgage process. Especially as first time buyers, I was very impressed by their speedy responses and explanation of everything.

Going through the process of buying my first home was made much less stressful by not having to worry about the mortgage side of things. Verity was always helpful and quick to respond to my many anxious questions, as well as being a cheery person to deal with. I got an excellent deal and now happily settled in my new home
