+Found me a good deal. Helpful initial contact and patient guidance when you do eventially speak to anyone. _ Found it almost impossible to contact them. Numbers on emails invariably went to message and felt its a conveyor system with different staff doing different aspects. Distinct impression some of them just wanted to sell add ons such as insurance . Don't expect to hear back if you leave a message!

Just had a call with a brilliant member of the your mortgage people team! Jordan Francalanza called me as my fixed rate with nationwide was coming to an end in March and I was getting moved over to a variable rate which put my monthly payments up by over £120! Jordan took some details from me and found me a much better deal with Nationwide, one that wasn’t available to me via the NW app! Not only did I not have to pay any extra to move over to a new rate, he’s actually saved me £40 a month a new mortgage deal which was brilliant! Your mortgage people’s fee for doing this was £195 (which I would have paid) however Jordan then explained with me already being with nationwide customer there would less work involved for them so he got that charge waived, so there’s another £195 he saved me! That kind of gesture is very hard to find in a company these days and he genuinely sounded like he wanted to help me and save me money which he did! He had clearly been trained very well and he was very knowledgeable on the phone and really professional. Hard to find companies these days that care more about customer service than getting money out of people but am happy to say your mortgage people are definitely one of those good customer service companies and am over the moon to now be a customer of theirs! Wouldn’t hesitate at all to recommend them to anyone! Fantastic and I hope Jordan gets a special mention from the management team as that call was great! Thanks guys!
