Solent Financial Services

Updated review.... still really glad we found Solent Financial Services. We have just used from for another re-mortgage and the service was just as fabulous. We have now Solent Financial Services for four, maybe even five (!) mortgages and they continue to provide consistently expert advice and excellent service. In particular, they are exceptional at keeping you informed through the process and prodding/reminding to stay on top of actions. This is especially helpful with a re-mortgage where there is less of a deadline in terms of keeping a chain together.

Steve was extremely helpful and professional in finding a suitable mortgage for my partner and I. He explained our options fully and was always prompt in responding to us. His help definitely made our house buying process a smooth one. We absolutely recommend Steve at Solent FS.

Steve has been remarkable throughout our mortgage journey from search to application. My husband and I were first-time buyers and our application case was not easy as I had only recently moved to the UK. Steve, not only took time to advise, research and provide free consultative sessions to us, but also, found us the best mortgage provider that suited both our requirement, when no other mortgage consultants could help. Some of the mortgage advisors had even suggested we wait out a few years to buy the house as I had little credit history in the country. So, when we met and spoke with Solent, we were hopeful again and thank god for them now we are extremely pleased with the mortgage rate and provider. Best decision to go with them and would highly recommend them to anyone - first-time buyers or otherwise.
