We’ve just completed on our new home after what felt like a marathon year of selling, buying and navigating more ups and downs than we ever expected. Throughout the whole journey, Michelle and Dan were absolutely outstanding. We had a couple of houses fall through, countless calls about affordability and “what if” scenarios, and even a redundancy scare in the middle of it all — but Michelle guided us through every step with clarity, calmness and incredible knowledge. She genuinely kept everything on track when it could easily have gone the other way. Towards the end, Dan stepped in and handled the completion and mortgage finalisation flawlessly. His communication, organisation and support at the final hurdle made everything feel smooth and stress-free. The welcome gift box in the new place was such a thoughtful touch too — completely unexpected and really appreciated. We probably weren’t the easiest clients at times, but both Michelle and Dan were patient, professional and genuinely invested in helping us get the right home. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
