This is the 2nd time remortgaging through James, and its always been a very simple process (partially on the basis that I have stayed with the same lender each time). But James provides really good communication, follows up on any questions quickly with clear information and has provided good advice on my circumstances and outcomes (the fixed 2 vs 5 year split when the mortgage rates all went up was factored in and discussed in detail).
