He takes the hassle out of sitting through endless mortgage interviews with various banks to find the right deal. If you fill out his initial questionnaire fully with as much information as possible, it also stops what can seem like silly questions coming from the mortgage provider/ underwriters. Process is stress free and well worth the fee. Fully recommended.
