It´s not every day you buy a house, so while there is not alot to compare with I am sure that Michael is up there. He kept us infromed throughout and gave advice to any questions. In the last week when we faced issues with our solicitors slowing things down with a last minute change to the mortgage, Michael helped us through it keeping on top of things to help meet the completion date. Michael was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and was always responsive to emails and phone calls. He literally sorted out the best mortgage for us in less than half an hour! I’d never used a broker before, but he has access to the whole of the mortgage market, which means he can access mortgages that the everyday person can’t access. The mortgage Michael found for us had no fees and even included cashback, which paid for his fee.
