Suitable Choices

I can’t recommend Dave and his team enough! Every single one of them is professional, efficient and easily contactable. I have known Dave a while as an estate agent professionally and recommended him to my clients but I have just found a property myself and of course came to Suitable choices as suggested to all my clients. I knew he was good but not that good! He supplied me with an accepted mortgage offer within two days! Faster than the agent could AML me.

Having recently used Suitable Choices for a remortgage, I would 100% recommend Dave and his team. From start to finish the whole process was thorough, well-explained, honest and efficient. Questions were responded to quickly, information was passed on efficiently, the switch went smoothly - overall it was a positive and stress-free experience.

He made what could have been a stressful remortgage process feel smooth and reassuring, and thanks to his expertise, he was able to help us secure the best interest rate available. Communication was excellent throughout, and we were kept informed every step of the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dave and his team at Suitable Choices to anyone looking to remortgage or arrange a mortgage, you’ll be in very safe hands. 10/10!
