If I could leave a 10 star review, I would still try to give 11 for the services received from the Northwood team. Nothing was ever too much and the team was always prepared to go that extra mile to ensure world class services. They stand true to their promises and are always looking for the best solutions and do not rest until all is completed at the highest standard. The whole process was as smooth as possible, the team always responded promptly to all the queries, suggested the most efficient solutions and made everything stress free for us. I highly recommend Northwood. Although we decided in the end to sell our house, we met the rentals team as well and couldn't be happier with all the advice and services we received from both sides. Fantastic experience with Rebecca as a potential buyer. Allowed me to visit the property on numerous occasions and allowed for longer appointments. Most estate agents make you feel rushed and under pressure but not the case with Northwood. Although on this occasion I didn't get the house I wanted for circumstances beyond both our control, I felt at ease going forward with the sale. Would highly recommend them going forward.
