I cannot fault the surveyor, who was courteous and professional throughout. However, the booking process requires improvement. We were scheduled for a 9:00–12:00 appointment, but by 13:00 no one had arrived. When we contacted head office, we were informed that the surveyor should have attended before 12:00. Upon speaking with the surveyor directly, he advised that his system showed our appointment as being booked between 9:00–17:00. Following the visit, we contacted the office to enquire about compensation for the delay, as we had booked the morning off work and were required to extend this due to the error on MAP’s part. Unfortunately, the response we received was dismissive and lacked any apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused. Regrettably, due to the issues with the booking system and the handling of the situation, I would not use this service again.
