Fantastic mortgage brokers, I took a new mortgage with them a few years ago and will seek their advice around remortgaging next year. I'll always be grateful to them that they helped me secure the lovely flat I have now when it wasn't looking possible at the time. Mitul and Geeta are true professionals. They provided exceptional advice throughout my buy-to-let purchase and consistently delivered on everything they promised—often going above and beyond. As with many UK property transactions, the solicitor stage incurred some hurdles leading to significant delays. I didn’t have a “tried and tested” solicitor so Mitul suggested a solicitor I could opt to use, and I’m so glad I chose them. His network is incredibly strong, and he used those connections to keep my case moving when things slowed down. Usually mortgage brokers have little to no involvement in the legal stage of the process but Mitul ensures that he will do everything in his power to get his clients over line - even following up with solicitors on my behalf and escalating within his network where possible. Mitul is also very well connected with the lender I used. Thanks to that relationship, he was able to speed up their usual two-day response time. On several occasions, he secured management decisions and responses for me, within a single day—if not the same day. I couldn’t recommend Lemon Tree Financial highly enough. Mitul and Geeta have been amazing through what felt like a complicated house purchase with some very impatient sellers on the other end of our transaction.
