This is the second time my wife and I have approached K L A S Mortgage Services and on both occasions we are really pleased with services offered. Right from the start, Kevin advised us about the different interest rates, documents required and how long it’s likely to take before the completion process. He is trusted and answered all our questions promptly, some by email and at times by phone call. Once again , we are very grateful for two successful applications have applied for us.

From start to finish Kevin was always happy to help from knowing absolutely nothing about buying a home nothing was to much bother from first contact to final completion Kevin was always on hand to advise and was very understanding with what we wanted from him he constantly went above and beyond to help Us would highly recommend him if we do think of moving in the future he will always be our first point of contact

I cannot recommend Kevin enough. As a first time buyer, everyone likes to tell you how things go, what you need, etc and it’s often all just noise. Kevin was able to cut through that and give me the realities, clear on what I needed to give him and for what reason, clear on timelines, clear on the process. The final week of my sale there was a change in purchase price which required a new mortgage agreement something my solicitor said was basically not achievable in 10 days to then get everything else through completion, Kevin made a few calls to the lender who told him 24 hours, and within 3 hours I was provided with an updated mortgage. He even helped me out with home insurance, I was looking at comparison websites who all had good prices, Kev was able to look deeper into these and found me a much better policy for a cheaper price If you’re thinking of getting a broker, do so, but make sure you use Kevin.

Kevin was thorough and professional throughout our dealing with him. He got the deal we needed on our mortgage and did so with open and honest communication that was required throughout. We will be recommending others and using in the future.

KLAS has recently helped me remortgage. Kevin was incredibly professional, responsive, was always available for any queries, advised me well on the remortgage and provided updates regularly on the progression of the mortgage.
