He worked hard with the mortgage company to reassure them of our position and it worked as we got a really favorable rate for the best term. He gave us loads of useful advice on the house and process right the way throughout and then even gave us more than enough advice about house related matters, even after the sale had gone through! most companies would not do what he did. We were so happy, I've recommended him to my sister- in-law and my work colleagues, one of which has just completed last week! He in turn has recommended him to a further 3 current and past colleagues who are all going to get in touch soon.
