6 Oct 2025After a quick rejection from a friends mortgage broker another friend said don't give up please call Jack...We called initially to see what we would need to do to work towards getting a mortgage in the future as we have some debt and a small (read tiny) savings pot and one big fat rejection in the bag ..We couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised! It was quite a complicated one due to being first time buyers, no heating in the house we wanted to buy, and my company being purchased by another part way through, an unknown bad mark on one credit score etc and Jack and Naz worked tirelessly to get everything done and to a really tight schedule, due to purchasing from a part exchange company who put horrible deadlines on things. We wouldn't use anyone else, and have already recommended to so many friends and family, we are so grateful.
