We have been using New Homes for 5 years now and have always been blown away by the support and guidance we receive. This time round we had the pleasure of working with Charlie Hood who completed out mortgage application and Allie Sowden who has been our personal mortgage progressor. Both members have been absolutely fantastic. They have reached out on multiple occasions to discuss our mortgage and keep us up to date with the next stages and what to expect next. Both have been very approachable throughout and have been on the end of the phone to provide answers to our questions and queries. It's nice to know we can pick up the phone and have someone there for support. Not many companies offers this type of support.
