Nigel is absolutely brilliant. As first time buyers the whole experience is very nerve racking however Nigel made it so smooth and easy for us. Was amazing with answering all our many questions and really being a supportive with everything. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for mortgage guidance.

Nigel has been extremely helpful and professional throughout the process of applying for our mortgage. As FTB it can be stressful when you do this for the first time, but Nigel was very reassuring and extremely knowledgeable, which helped guide us through the process. He was always on hand to take our phone calls, even when we made too many but he never made us feel bad and was always available for a chat. Our situation wasn't the most straight forward but he tackled it really well and secured us a mortgage! I have no hesitation in recommending Nigel to anyone else, especially FTB.
