4 Mar 2026I viewed a property with them. I was interested in buying, but needed some specific information before making an offer. They did not have it at hand, and would email it over to me. They didn’t. I chased them 4 times over the next two weeks, through email and phone calls, and they just told me they will send it, but never did, without that information I was not willing to make an offer so moved on. During that time the seller reduced the price. If you are selling - avoid them, from my experience they do not do the simplest of tasks to help you get a sale for the best price.
