5 star rating! 10/10! A+++++! We had spoken to many mortgage brokers who kept telling us they couldn’t help us. Because we’re directors of our business we weren’t a standard high street slam dunk to say the least but, things started to look much more positive as soon as we spoke to Dan Hodgson at Just Mortgage Brokers. He saw what we knew…all the pieces were there we just needed someone with a bit more about them to put it all together and get us what we needed…our first mortgage for the home we were desperate to own! The challenges continued and it was a long journey to offer but every single bump in the road was handled with patience and professionalism. Dan was a voice of calm and reason throughout the entire process! He was persistent with our lender and extended invaluable advice and guidance throughout the entire process. On the odd occasion he was unavailable (due to Jury Service), his colleagues stepped in to offer a seamless, uninterrupted service and it would be amiss of me not to give them a mention for their help and perseverance with me and the lender in his absence. I can genuinely say we will never use anyone for our mortgages. Dan has a lifelong customer and I really can’t speak anymore highly enough of him and everyone at Just Mortgage Brokers, he was nothing short of absolutely outstanding from the initial introductory conversation to completion! We started our journey with Just Mortgage Brokers very nearly beaten and a bit broken to complete it utterly beside ourselves with pure unadulterated joy and happiness. Nothing Special I trusted just brokers but i felt like they didn't do much to help me or understand my situation they applied for a mortgage 2 times for me both declined. Yasmin who i dealt was nice enough but i don't think was really bothered if i got the mortgage, they took my money once and they did that i don't think they cared, as i told them numerous times not to apply if they felt it would not be accepted, Yasmin said she was sure it won't be a problem and applied yet it was rejected, then when that happen she slammed the door in my face by saying the can't help me. Just Brokers in my view ain't anything special they just take a chance and hope to get an approval so they can get paid with the high fees. I wish i could say something positive but i feel i was hoodwinked by their kind telephone and email manner.
