TL:DR – You genuinely won’t spend better money than you will with Paul. Without fail. As first-time buyers, we had absolutely no idea how intense and complex this process could be. Looking back now, I honestly don’t know how we would have managed without Paul. From day one, he has been completely on the ball. Not once have we asked a question and been met with ‘I’ll find out’ or ‘I’m not sure’ His knowledge is instant, confident and reassuring. Every query, every concern, every small wobble, handled immediately. There were a few bumps in the road (none caused by Paul - purely external factors), and at every stage he kept us calm, grounded and focused. He just quietly gets on with solving problems. No drama. No stress. Just solutions. He secured us an excellent rate, spoke to multiple lenders, navigated the due diligence seamlessly and went far beyond what you’d normally expect from a broker. And I mean far beyond. We were even asking his opinion on sofas at one point hat’s how much he became our trusted sounding board during this journey. We actually call him Batman at home. Because in the world of mortgages, he’s basically invincible. Whatever challenge appears, he just handles it. What stands out most is that he made what could have been overwhelming genuinely enjoyable.
