Holly has been superb throughout the process - we needed to port our mortgage aswell as topping it up, and she made the process really straightforward! She has been efficient, friendly and responsive and nothing has been too much trouble for her. She kept a close eye on any rate changes and as a result we managed to secure a lower rate on our top-up mortgage! She even saved us some money on our life insurance and improved our coverage, which was exactly what we were after!
