Whilst my finance company were not too responsive, when I contacted the complaints resolution team for Finset directly, Jo was an absolute superstar. After an incredible amount of stress and uncertainty, her professionalism, responsiveness, friendliness, genuine care, and eagerness to resolve the case as quickly as possible, eased my worry tremendously. Jo was happy to explain anything I did not understand and provided me with information I was struggling to obtain. She even messaged me with a further update the following day to give me peace of mind which it surely did. I had a deadline and Jo helped me achieve it so I could buy a new car just in time before it was sold to someone else. Best experience I’ve ever had at resolving an issue.
