Welcoming, absolutely rapid replies to any and all queries, really proactive in finding the best deals, happy to help at every stage, had a good laugh, just made the whole thing painless. I was dubious using a broker because I wanted to save money but it's absolutely worth it. The whole experience has just been so painless and actually made the buying process a joy from start to finish. I literally haven't had one drop of stress from anything I've worked with Matt on, just perfect, highly recommend, will be using next time 100%.
