Both myself and my sister have used Matt services in the past when he still worked for mortgage finds. He was extremely good then but he was even better now when I needed his services again. My case was extremely complicated because we were dealing with 2 mortgages at the same time. I wasn't sure how we were going to manage the complicated situation I was in but with Matt advice and extreme hard work we manage to complete the 2 mortgages. One was a remortgage between myself and my husband, the second one was an transfer of equity (where I was transferring the equity of my second house to my father) and then once done my father had to do an equity release to pay off the rest of the mortgage. But the challenge was that both had to complete the same day and if one fell thru the other couldn't go ahead. Very complicated indeed, the stress levels something I don't wish on anyone. But Matt was absolutely wonderful, he helped me every step of the way even after his job was done , which was mortgages offers being accepted he was still there for me. I would recommend MRG PRIVATE CLIENTS 100% only because I can't do 200% because otherwise I would .
