Very long waiting time before and after downloading.

The staff is friendly. There were no issues with unloading. The downside is that there's no parking near the business. On one side, there are two lanes along the curb, and on the other, there are signs stating that parking is prohibited, as it's private property. A driver was fined £100 for parking along the double line.

Ok nothing great about it. Difficult access from busy highway with constant jam. Saying that parking is available. Many different businesses on this estate so cannot comment further.

Really good firm and the staff are really friendly.

A decent company, friendly and polite staff, they unload and load quickly, but you have to wait in line for a while, sometimes up to 3 hours. There's a restroom, but no parking. If you're new here, park on the two solid lines in front of the company and go bring in your documents. Enter the premises, then immediately turn left. After 10 meters, enter the warehouse on the right. And immediately upon entering, there's an office on the left. If you're trying to get here at night to have it unloaded in the morning... my advice is don't drive here. I once stood right next to the entrance, right under a camera, and the tent still arrived in three places. And this is despite the fact that this is a guarded area. Security is on the move all night.
