The Mortgage Exchange

Fantastic service, helped me through every stage of the process, sorting out any problems or issues I had. Cannot recommend highly enough. On the ball and a very quick service and really friendly too, its important! Brilliant!

We have used the Mortgage Exchange previously and when our previous deal was coming to an end we had no hesitation to use them again . We took advantage of some of the equity we had in the house to remortgage and consolidate some debts making us debt free. The service we received was 1st class from the initial Chat through to completion. We were kept well informed and it was all explained in a way that was easy to understand. We would definitely recommend The Mortgage Exchange

Sarah Mascot and Beth Palmer were so incredibly patient with us when finding a mortgage for a new build property. They ensured they beat all competitors and got us the lowest payment/rate possible. A delight to work with. Sarah has secured many mortgages for my parents also and is also such a job to communicate with and with zero pressure. There was no stress when we changed property and therefore mortgage needs also.

The Mortgage Exchange Ltd helped us to secure funds for our house renovation and in addition helped to clear other outstanding monthly financial commitments reducing substantial amounts of monthly payments, and increasing our disposable income significantly. The whole company provide an efficient and professional service but special mention must go to Mark Larkins, Lauren Morrison and Sean Taggart because as a team they worked tirelessly to secure the best deal for us, including a revision of our life insurances. It's not often you come across a company and team of people like The Mortgage Exchange Ltd who are passionately committed in providing a great customer service and actually deliver, we really cannot recommend this team highly enough, thanks Mark, Lauren and Sean so very much for your excellent service. Kindest Regards, Colin & Teresa Brown

Overall we got exactly the Help we needed to remortgage and clear our help to buy and existing loan. The process was a bit stressful and I wish I had asked a few more questions about the whole process. But saying this the Mortgage exchange did exactly what they said they would and Mark was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.
