One Stop Mortgage Consultants

Great service from James, he had a mortgage ready for me really quickly and talked me through everything. James put my mind at ease when a bank moved the goalposts at the last minute saving me from worrying over the Christmas break. Anytime I've been in the office there has been others coming in thanking him too. Would recommend to anyone looking for advice getting mortgage.

I have used James for a number of years. James gives a first class service every time, and goes above and beyond for his clients. Having used another company before, I see the massive value in clear and concise communication, which James does so well. I would not go to anywhere else. 1st class customer service, professional, and with the human touch - cannot recommend highly enough.

I would highly recommend James to anyone looking for a mortgage broker! Had a mortgage broker arranged through someone we new who called in sick on the day. This caused a lot of stress as we had very specific criteria for a house and only a few would come up a year so we needed to act fast. We went into his shop without an appointment on a Friday and james got us an agreement in principle the same day and the full mortgage by the wednesday. He made the process stress free as he was great at keeping us updated and could answer all our questions. Cant thank him enough!

James has been fantastic handling our remortgage. From the very first phone call through to completion he has kept us up to date and fully informed. After we were initially “ghosted” by another broker for several weeks we contacted James, told him our situation and what we wanted and shortly afterwards we had an offer in place. First class service. Thank you 🤩

As first-time buyers, James instantly put us at ease and guided us through the entire house buying and mortgage process. His expertise was excellent, and he reassured us at every stage. James was approachable, reliable and always available by email, text, or phone call to suit our busy schedules. He’s a great communicator, and his experience really shone through. We now have the house of our dreams, and it’s all thanks to James.
